I don’t run in a sports bra…ever. I have talked before on the blog about me “abs” goal and my lack of having defined abs. I also recognize that eating any of the foods to which I am sensitive makes a major difference in my abdomen.
All right the shirt came off and while I wasn’t up for a 6 mile run in my undies, I did wear my sport bikini top and shorts all morning without spending time crossing my arms or trying to hide anything. I even agreed to photos and then shared those photos!!
Lest you think I’m kidding, here are a few of the great outfits and bods we saw today!! Loved that Team Timex was sporting the old slogan “Takes a lIcking and keeps on ticking” and that everyone was out there to have a good time, which is really what allowed me to let it all hang out and just enjoy the experience. Love this guys suit which was about raising awareness for male cancers and yes he actually races in this all year long!!
Are you a sports bra runner? Ever done anything like this?? i think maybe just maybe after this I could do a bare buns run, assuming it was somewhere no one knew me! Who knew I would learn from this experience things beyond being a better athlete!
I am grateful for women who remind me there is nothing sexier than owning exactly who you are!
