Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 can tuna packed in water
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 cups green beans
  • 2 cups spinach
  • Garlic salt
  • Dulse
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • Optional: orange slices or fried egg

Instructions

  • Cook Success® Whole-Grain Brown Rice {woot gluten-free!}-- I chose to do it in the microwave and it absolutely came out perfect with a great chewy texture and nut-like flavor, plus the portion was spot on so I won’t have random left over rice.
