Ingredients

  • 1 15.25 ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 15 ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup fresh salsa
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 22 ounce package pre-cooked Chicken Breast Strips
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend for David's half

Instructions

  • Options: Serve over top of tortillas or spinach and top with guacamole!
