Or maybe you’ve stuck to it religiously, but damn it you can’t seem to hit that PR?
Almost all successful people have coaches or mentors, regardless of their goal. So, if you’re serious about hitting your running goals then I hope you’ll hire someone, even if only once.
Sure life is about more than running, but there is a satisfaction in it unparalleled to most other life achievements.
Running asks you to decide what you are made of, to push outside daily comfort zones and as a result we take extra pride in having made the choice each day to reach our goal. It’s this strange pat yourself on the back kind of pride that has kept me running happily for the last 13 years and the reason I’m BEYOND excited to help many of you reach new goals.

What I do
I help runners get out of their own way to achieve more. Whether you’re held back by ongoing injuries, limiting beliefs or lack of knowledge, I’ll give you the tools to take the next step.
I believe in small to big. I don’t try to overhaul your life, your food or your training, it never lasts. Instead we make incremental changes that seem so small you barely notice them, until one day you find things are entirely different without all the stress.
I create a community of support. Running can inherently feel like a solo sport if you don’t have a local running group, but it’s not. The people in my training groups prove it’s about supporting each other in achieving goals. It’s someone calling you out for poor choices and someone lifting you up after a rough week of training.

Why I Get Results
You can find a free training plan anywhere and they will certainly get you to the start line. But they won’t take in to account your schedule, your preference for workouts that leave you completely spent or your utter distaste for the track. I won’t be providing you any running hacks and I don’t promise to be the most talented coach, so why do my runners consistently PR?
I’ve spent over 13 years learning – Not only have I learned how to run for the joy of it, but I spend hours every week researching new information and trying out new things which might benefit my athletes. I freely share my knowledge and experience (including my mistakes!)
Support and Accountability – I am invested in your success, as are the others in the group. I’ve hosted many online challenges and nothing compares to the small, but persistent group we have here.
Trust – It seems so silly to say, but the truth is my athletes trust me when I tell them to take a day off or when I tell them they need to push harder. That cements commitment to the process and cultivates a belief in themselves that lasts far beyond race day.

Pay one time or 3 payments of $225
**If your race is 16-20 weeks away, no worries! You’ll join the group now and receive a plan customized to your start date. After registering you’ll receive a follow up email with questions and time to schedule your coaching call.
What if my race is farther out than 12 weeks?
Feel free to join the group if your race is within 20 weeks. We’ll get you started with base building to make sure you’re on track to hit that goal.
What if I am looking to do my first marathon? Do you offer coaching?
Yes! Email me and we’ll adjust the pricing to add you to the group training program.
Do you offer one on one coaching?
I do have one to two spots available each year for dedicated coaching. You can learn more here>>
Can I use the training plan again?
Yes! That’s one of the best things about getting your own customized plan! Most elite runners will tell you they make only small tweaks to each round of training, you’ll be able to do the same once getting a plan that works for you.
