Who spends the rest of her day thinking about how the run went, wondering if she’s eating the right foods, wearing the right shoes and above all going to reach that PR? You talk to her like a real person, not a persona concocted in a board room meeting.Every runner has questions and on RTTF I give them the honest answers to make every run their best or at least to enjoy the process even when it’s 98% humidity and their coach {waves} says today is a key long run. I’m not here to sell my readers on anything other than the joy of running.

When I graduated with a degree in Journalism, I assumed that meant I’d be a reporter. I never considered a whole new world of writing would open up and allow me to express myself in a way that didn’t involve interviewing Mrs. Jones as her house burned down {hallelujah I’d have been awful}.
