It’s back to school time.
I know this not because there’s a child in my house, but because I find my high school neighbor rubbing sleep from his eyes, climbing behind the wheel of black VW bug as I head out to run in the now dark morning. Which reminds me to take extra caution when crossing any streets!
AND all this talk of back to school gets me in the mood to do some creative new cooking.
I love things that I can bake in batches and freeze.
I love things that are bite size because then I can taste lots of things.
I love using what I have on hand.
Last year in Orlando, a cupcake shop introduced me to the idea of savory cupcakes…which I tend to just rename to things like bites and muffins, but I LOVED the concept.
