What started as a passion for running has morphed in to a desire to learn about all things fitness and health! I read anything new that comes out, try new foods, new products, new classes, new training methods all in the desire to know more and continually improve!

Due to my honest nature you will find reviews really fall in to the following categories:

  • Loved it and now it’s part of my daily life
  • Liked it and really recommend it
  • Didn’t work for me, but I can see the value for others
  • Didn’t work, don’t like it and don’t recommend it
  • Not my thing, not going to offer to review itMy goal is not to be a marketing brochure, but to provide details and real world feedback on products that I believe meet my personal criteria of making healthy living easier or more fun.
