What a whirlwind of a week, if it wasn’t for the fact that this is published on a Monday I would still have no idea what day it is! We started last week in the Florida Keys celebrating our 5 year anniversary which is March 29th so you’ll see more on that soon. Wednesday – Friday we were in Orlando to scout out potential new places to live.
All of this means some of my goals I had to work hard to keep and some I just didn’t get to…no excuses.Checkout the purpose of Accountability Monday’s>>

– Training with David will either kill me or make me a lot better. The 85% humidity and I just don’t like each other, but he got me moving!
Goal for this week: Maintain strength training and stretching, back off on speed for a week to fully recover. I’d like to use some electrostim like this from ShopCompex to help my muscles as well.
Even with all of our travel, I managed to do the daily Oprah/Deepak mediation
6/7 days I listened to the Intensati Warrior Training.
Goal for the week: I will continue this same goal of daily practice: 21 days to form a habit!
Goal was to send out articles daily. I did not account for 4 days of travel and a computer virus. All just excuses, so next week I will be buckling down. This is not to say I didn’t accomplish a lot of wonderful things last week and I’m super excited for some special meetings this week!!!
Goal for the week: Be present in each meeting. Daily focused writing.
I’ve long said I want to do these things, but don’t have time…Since I finally started calling others on why this is a bull excuse, it’s been great to make my mental calm a priority and I’m reaping the benefits in sticking to my cross training and meditation. This week sticking to my career goals too and understanding that “I don’t have time” is another way of saying it wasn’t a priority.
I am grateful for the fantastic real estate agent we stumbled upon while exploring Orlando. He was kind, helpful and full of information!
