She absolutely lives what she has learned and her are some of her best resources to answer the infamous question:

My answer is simple: Weekend food prep. I’m a huge proponent of spending a little time on Sundays prepping food for the week. It makes it super easy to throw together quick, healthy meals during the week when I’m tired and don’t feel like cooking!
