WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Best Foot Plus turns the idea that you need to do it all one your own on it's head! You can get an amazing Tony Robbins program for $400 and I highly recommend him...you can work with a nutritionist or a coach for $145/hour. But at the end of the day you have to put in to action what they provide, you have to brainstorm on your own daily, you have to be accountable to you and somehow stay focused for 12 months.

- Get support when things are tough and celebration when you are doing well
- Receive some outside perspectives to help you with creative solutions
- Develop new strategies
- Weekly goal based exercises provided
- Bi-weekly small Google + Hangout with a private/confidential group
- Ability to ask questions which I can put out to my network of professionals for answers
HOW DOES IT WORK?
BestFoot Plus membership is 90 days starting in the middle of each month. The group option will be limited each month to ensure high quality interaction for everyone involved. Content will be provided only to members and not posted to the main RTTF website.
If you are thinking to yourself that you don't have time, then that is likely the exact reason you will provide when you don't reach your goals this year. When your desire is greater than your fear or your excuses you'll be on board!While the groups will be focused initially upon health and fitness goals (from beginner to advanced) the exercises and tools will work for any life goal!
