It’s finally here the first day of the Holiday Bootie Buster Challenge 2012! Literally from the day it ends I start getting questions about the next year, so I am thrilled that it’s finally here and no doubt we all need the support with Thanksgiving on Thursday and cold weather knocking on the door (ok maybe not for me).

WORKOUT OF THE WEEK
The first workout of the week video has been posted and I need your feedback! The goal of these short workouts is to ensure that no matter your travel schedule, cooking schedule or sick family you have some quick and easy go to moves for the week. They are all designed to be done with limited space and needing only your body weight.
You’ll earn a point each week that you watch a video and leave a comment after you’ve done the exercises. Let me know if you want to see a focus on certain areas or even want to see the videos differently!

Our first Tweet Chat is tomorrow, Nov 20, at 9PM EST. Using the #bestfoot, I’ll be available to answer any questions about the challenge and give everyone a chance to introduce themselves!
