-Liked it and really recommend it
-Didn’t work for me, but I can see the value for others
-Didn’t work, don’t like it and don’t recommend it
-Not my thing, not going to offer to review itMy goal is not to be a marketing brochure, but to provide details and real world feedback on products that I believe meet my personal criteria of making healthy living easier or more fun. If you have an event or product that you would like me to review please get in touch. I am an avid reader, which is why you’ll see a whole section dedicated to books…anything running or health is on my list…but so is a good poolside novel.

If it were up to me, I would be fabulously rich and never need to ask for a penny from companies or put an ad on the site. As life would have it that is not the
case so I aim to balance presenting you with curate, useful, interesting content and keeping myself afloat
financially. These are my current policies:
- My banner ads are
either direct arrangements with companies, or ad networks where I earn a
small amount of money based upon total pageviews.
- I’m not
selling anything, but I do earn a referral on any purchases made through links I provide to Amazon.com. I really appreciate you shopping using my links, since it’s no
added cost for you, and helps me keep RTTF going.
- I turn down free items 95% of
the time, because I want to ensure I’m truly sharing with you only products that I believe in and would use or recommend. The opinions and reviews I
include with these products (such as “I love the taste”) are honest,
and are never done at the request of a company. That is an advertorial and RTTF is my place to have an opinion.
- Giveaways are generally paid sponsorships. All paid posts are clearly disclosed as paid within the post.
I also use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit the Web site. These companies may use aggregated information (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visits to this and other Web sites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. If you would like more information about this practice and to know your choices about not having this information used by these companies, please see: http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp
I am certified personal trainer, however you should check with a doctor before starting any workout or following any dietary information from RTTF. All information provided here is based upon what has worked for me and is not personalized as a recommendation to any reader.
The opinions expressed on RTTF reflect my own personal
experiences & beliefs. It is my hope they will help others to enjoy the healthy living journey. For more information on the FTC’s disclosure policy please see the policy in full here.
