Day 30 of the July Ab challenge has come and gone…but I’m not done! In my second round of the Strong Like Susan 30 Day Abs I found myself able to do more of the advanced moves and yet still completely challenged. I am now repeating it for a 3rd month to try and master all of the moves.
How can one continually repeat an ab program? If you did the challenge you know that her moves are varied, unique and fun which keep you coming back to see what’s next and never has you doing the same thing which provides constant change.

I’m definitely interested to see how my marathon training changes this time around with consistent core work and starting from a base of a much stronger core! I know it will help with back pain and certainly seems to be a factor for all the speed demon track stars I just watched on the Olympics!
