If you haven’t signed up for the July Challenge it’s not too late. Today we begin 30 days of Strong Like Susan Abs…it is filled with awesome new exercises that will absolutely help you develop core strength and if done in conjunction with clean eating and exercise maybe just show off some newly sculpted middles by August! If you haven’t read her story, you must check it out to know that anything is possible!
For those who did the Green Smoothie challenge, I highly encourage you to keep going this month as the saying goes “Ab’s are made in the kitchen not in the gym”.
Start with day 1 of the challenge and keep tweeting to me or Susan (@RunToTheFinish or @StrongLikeSusan) with #abchallenge or watching on RunToTheFinish Facebook for daily role call! I want you to have as much accountability as possible to make it through this challenge.
