Are you ready to take your Ab Challenge results to the next level…clean eating is the requirement. Transitioning to Clean Eating for 30 days will work for those looking to go Sugar Free and ensure all of us are fueling our bodies with the best foods possible to meet our goals - be it weight loss, health, performance or all of the above.
CHALLENGE DEFINED
There are many ways to describe to describe this lifestyle that you are embarking upon for the next 30 days, so here is what we will be focused upon:
Avoid processed foods/sugary treats - Better stated CHOOSE whole foods
Consume healthy fats - avocados, fish, nuts, oils
Drink water, water, water
Choose organic or humanely raised animal products as much as possible
Slow down and savor - Food is to be enjoyed, so let’s do that!
Tosca Reno has more rules like eat 5-6 meals a day, get label savvy, make it a family affair and so on. I believe these are all great and definitely ways to help us keep loving this journey, but for starters let’s just focus on how to make each meal out of foods that appear in nature as much as possible.

Don’t worry plenty more great tips and ideas will be coming in the next few days and throughout August to help you make this great change for your physical and mental health.

Be aware that great magazines we all read…may not always recommend recipes or foods that are truly clean. Try for this month to be conscious of your choices and see how you feel after kicking those processed foods to the curb. I know doing this last October was awesome, I simply slipped a bit off the wagon since then!
