AM: I managed to get through a strong interval workout knowing I wanted to be accountable to you here! My goal is to do this one weekly and see if I can work back up the ladder.
5, 4,3,2,1 min intervals at 8.0 with 3 min recovery - with w/u c/d 4.5 miles total in 40min, 15 min walk
PM: Relaxing yoga - to say work is stressful is an understatement, so this practice helped to interrupt my frenetic pace…but man it was slow which also worked my patience Smileso after 20 minutes I switched to doing the ToneItUp Sunkissed abs workout, 20 min easy run, 10 min walk

PM: 50 min Strong Free and Happy Yoga
I really love this teacher! He includes some really challenging poses, which I think is fun for athletes but he also has this hang ten attitude about having fun.

Overall: Satisfied with my variety of yoga and with pushing in my runs…less variety this week, but I am realizing that it’s going to be hard to push all out in speed work if I am doing so many other activities at high intensity too.
Nutrition: 80% unprocessed and that feels great!! I enjoyed a piece of chocolate daily, 2 cookies, 1 bowl of ice cream this week so it was a great balance for me of little treats with amazing veggie based days.
Best Workout: My long run rocked as always, but really getting out to Stand Up Paddle Board with friends is one of those memories you treasure!
GEAR: Be Present Yoga Tank
bepresent
I started wearing the Be Present Easy Cami tank last year for yoga and it quickly became one of my personal favorites. I don’t like super tight tops so this one feels comfy and can easily be worn from class out and about for errands. They recently came out with a new Racerback Tank and I knew it would be just as fantastic!

While the tank is loose in the middle, the bottom band keeps it perfectly in place. I wore it for my 70 min outdoor class so even with the wind and some pretty crazy poses it never once moved and then I was perfectly comfy walking home in it! I am grateful for a weekend that while marked by a lot of work and stress was filled with so many great friends that I was continually reminded of what is important.
