A doctor yesterday said to me rather directly that for most women running over 25 MPW could easily lead to all kinds of health problems. I.e. hair loss, fatigue, loss of menstruation…and so much more. Details later about this whole appointment, but really I just have to know what do you all think?
25 miles per week seems rather low to me to call out as a point where health issues would appear. He said it was regardless of how good the diet or sleep patterns are…
