No Opportunity Wasted. The name of this bar alone makes me happy! David and I are huge fans of the Amazing Race and now host Phil Keoghan is putting his name behind a great new energy bar. I have seen interviews with him in the past where he talks about his true love of travel, so yes folks he is more than a tv host. He is one of those people that I would love to meet because I can only imagine that he is fully of wonderful and inspiring stories!!

NOW comes in two flavors, both of which I reallllly love, Peanut Carmel and Honeycomb with Chia and Raisins. That could have to do with the sugar and nuts involved, but what can I say.
Let’s be clear these are energy bars, formulated for the person on the go who needs to keep their energy levels high and stable. My first thought is of Abby my great friend and adventure racer, but really it applies to all of you doing long marathon training runs, bike rides, hiking or just traveling without time to stop for food.
Why am I stating these are Energy bars? Because that means they are calorically dense! NOW bars are gluten-free, do not contain any GMO ingredients and have a label of all natural. I have stricter standards for all-natural since doing the Unprocessed Challenge, but I think the ingredients are pretty good. I do love that they use great things like WHITE CHIA seeds and MAKUA HONEY!
