Food Journal: 30 Day Challenge

As noted, I am going to set up a series of 30 day challenges for 2012. The first based on a great deal of response is going to be the FOOD JOURNAL (read more about Food Journals).

Starting on Jan 1 is probably going to be hard…and yet the most beneficial time of all. After weeks of parties, you might be feeling stomach pains or headaches (from things other than the egg nog) and this journal can help to identify what triggers those symptoms in your body.

FoodJournalCHALLENGE
It’s simple and difficult all at the same time. This 30 day challenge will run from Jan 1- Jan 30th and can be as robust or as simple as you need it to be. This should not add stress to your life, but should be another way to help continue improving your health.

Why sign up? To help you stay accountable and committed. I could certainly do all of these challenges on my own a I did one other year, but the accountability and support from the group makes them all a lot more fun and keeps me going.
