Let the games begin Saturday!! Many of you started this challenge off by entering Pile On The Miles and I love that because it means you have already started engraining healthy habits to carry you through the holidays. One reason the HBBC has been so great in the past is because “What you measure you change”. So the simple act of tracking points helps keep you focused on your goals.
SPREADSHEET
If you have signed up, please be checking your email for a link to the spreadsheet.
Each week or throughout the week you will need to record your total points. As noted this is the honor system, but it helps if you have a blog, Daily Mile account or other public place where you are talking about your workouts to help substantiate your claims (especially for Advanced participants).
Spreadsheet etiquette: DO NOT SORT. Leave it alone. You can color your row or change your data, but no changing the overall spreadsheet. I will re-sort as new people are added. It will be alphabetical by level.

Levels: Many of you noted that you are unsure if you signed up for the right level. SOOO for the first few weeks you will have the option to change your level.
GUEST POSTS
I have a slew of really amazing guest posts lined up to help you stay motivated, find ways to workout while traveling, make healthy food choices and ENJOY your holidays without being the average American who gains 5lbs. This does not mean you shouldn’t have some of your favorite foods or spend time on the couch watching Christmas Vacation! It just means making the best choices throughout the season.
We are going to buck the trend by going in to the New Year feeling our best!
Why wait until Jan 1 to start eating healthier or exercising or training for that race? Today is just as important. ![]()

You will see links in the side bar to major pages like points, late sign up form, prizes, etc. Hopefully this will ensure you can find those details when you need them throughout the challenge.
LATE SIGN UP
Anyone can sign up throughout the duration of the challenge. However, only those who started on by Nov 22 will be eligible for the final overall prizes. Newcomers can certainly win weekly prizes by remaining involved…I don’t see any reason not to encourage as many people as possible to enjoy a healthy holiday season.
