Workouts and Goals: Sept 5

Seriously how did it get to be September?!  Vacation was good for the soul and I sure hope that means my body responds soon by getting well!

AUGUST GOALS RECAP
Veggies: Better on back to veggies, I just had to eat smaller amounts to keep my stomach happy.
Yoga: Success! I definitely did my minimum desired 3 yoga sessions
Laughter: No tears for a whole week! I’m tellin’ ya vacation was good!

Doctor: I stuck to my goal of actually following doctors orders and going in for tests. I am going for more tomorrow…yeahhh I love doctors or not, but I am trying to comply.

SEPT GOALS
Honestly my goal...is to keep it SIMPLE.
Don’t let work overwhelm me
Do one thing at a time
Keep following doctors orders
Keep working on filling my body with wholesome nourishing food
Also 10 min daily creative writing - more on this later :)

This is where I wanted to spend all my time…and did spend a lot. Maybe I have sleepy kitty disease.

Overall: Pretty obvious the fatigue continues. I just don’t have the energy to do all the workouts I was doing..yet.
Best Workout: My interval workout blew my mind, I was only supposed to do 3 but having not run for a couple days I did 5!
Nutrition: I actually ate fairly well in Jamaica. I mean lots of desserts, but really great healthy meals. I am working on that at home right now since everything makes me a little ill.
Training Plan: I am hitting the major workouts so that feels good and I love getting in the yoga and weights. What a difference that makes in my body.
iPod: Seriously…I’m already on the 4th Twilight book. I resisted for so long, but I’m sucked in now. Good though because I only listen to it when working out, so it motivates me! Also in love with Dirt Road by Jason Aldean
New thing: Just found this BodyRockTV and I’m interested to check it out next week
New gear: New Mizuno Precision shoes…I love new shoes!!!

The shoes are so cute.
I hope you find out the source of your health issues soon. There's nothing worse than feeling bad and not knowing why.

Honestly, I don't think you and fatigue could be in the same sentence! Who wouldn't be tired after the workouts you do. Maybe you just need a big recovery timeout in Jamaica - say two months? :)
