While being active and outdoors always brings a smile to my face, I have found that running is far and away my favorite. I love the mental clarity I find in a long run, the pride I get from speed work and the friendships that are forged over the miles. Anywhere we move running and finding running groups will be central to making me feel more at home.
Beyond enjoying running for my own personal gains, I hope this website is a place to inspire others... I would love to help others find the joy that envelopes me when I hit the road. I know a lot of people think they "hate" running or just aren’t made to run. My mission is to show them the joy one step at at time and how to enjoy the whole journey.
