In the past, I have often picked one or two major races to focus on for the year and should a 5k come along here or there I might sign up. BUT I see many of you who plan out a complete race calendar starting at the end of the year… I see the advantages to this from a mental perspective and training plan.
Do you plan out a full year of races? Why or why not?
We now have over 210 participants for the Holiday Bootie Buster Challenge!! I am out trying to drum up even more prizes to ensure I can really motivate you all, so if you know of anyone please send them my way! I think we are around a value of $400 in prizes currently. I will try to post the list next week.
