Just found your blog from Tall Mom. New to the running blog world but loving learning and getting inspired by fellow running bloggers! Love these mental marathon training podcasts. Running my first marathon on 6/26 Seattle rock n roll and my goal is to finish under 4! Hadn't quite said that officially as 'my goal' until now although I have been training for that. Under 4 on 6.26!! look forward to following your blog!
