These are the AMAZING flowers David sent me at work for my birthday. I love yellow and he always remembers that...seriously aren't these like rockstar size flowers?
David's leg last night...a metal filing cabinet fell on him at work. We are incredibly lucky he moves fast or it would have been far worse.
My YUMMY birthday dinner. David really wanted to go out to eat and I'm glad we did, it was nice to sit down undistracted and chat. Plus this seafood was killer and I had enough left to enjoy it with a salad Friday.

It's like wearing your race medal...only not so bulky and far more attractive. I know miss Kim is in love with this necklace and I gotta say it makes me smile!
Here I am in my shortie short Wild West Relay tank. Apparently when they said small, they mean 80's belly shirt...it's cool though because I can now proudly wear this when working out with Denise Austin or hey even Jillian might like it. Umm assuming they can see me via the TV.
RUNNINGWell today was another long run...it was good, but not great. I enjoyed just being out there but for some reason couldn't ever get my breathing right. Strange I could breathe in the mountains, but not on flat land?? I had one knee twinge and I just said to myself this is TMS, listen up body I know you have had a long hard week and I am listening to your emotional upsets...it was gone within a half mile. I am so happy to be back in a groove...there is something so cathardic to me about early morning long runs...just you and the road...um and an iPod. Today I'm off to our first official company picnic, which should be a great time and a well deserved break for the team.

oh jeeze that's a baaad injury!! I got a hematoma (blog clot) on my thigh two days ago that was so bit it was compressing a nerve on my foot. hahaha MAN We're lucky none of the injuries are worse!! I hope he heals up soon!
