The energy/nutrition bar stack up started on this post “Which energy bar is right for you?” and continued in to this post ...at this point I don't eat many of them because I try to eat whole foods, but I do beleive they come in handy and there are some truly natural great options.
I have pretty unabashedly said that my personal preference is Heart Thrive vegan energy bars. At 150 calories, they taste great, have a lot of protein, are easy to digest and are shaped like cute little hearts!
My favorite place to buy shoes is ZBSports.com because they have great prices and because they donate part of every purchase to a charity of your choice!!
My long time favorite shoe is the Mizuno... I have gone through A LOT of shoes and found these to have the perfect cushion and narrow fit for my foot....but as many of you have read recently I'm becoming addicted to the more low profile shoes like Saucony ProGrid Kinvara.
I am a firm believer in the power of compression for recovery. You might have noted that in one of the many posts I have about compression pants, compression socks and so forth. To date I have yet to find a pair of pants I love better than those from McDavid USA.
Vega Sport protein powder is my go to after all hard runs or workouts. I like that it is plant based and you can read my product review for more details.
