Thank you knees, thank you legs, thank you arms and seriously thank you brain! I can't believe after only running 48 miles total in the month of July, my body is already willing to run 10.2 miles again!
I woke up to another perfect morning for running with 64 degree weather and no humidity...seriously unlike Kansas City and boy was I happy about it! Keeping my mind busy this morning was the Oprah Soul Series podcast. Today I listened to her discussion with Katie Byron who talks all about how your thoughts control the way your life plays out...good thing to listen to especially when running!
The last portion of the run I turned on the tunes and jammed out. I was smiling and laughing and seriously I think I'm finally getting my runners high back..oh baby!

Also finding that my pace is getting faster, awesome. I now have a plan that I'm going to try following in terms of speedwork and if I can start to consistently reach an 8minute pace then I am going to start working towards another marathon...yup all decided this morning during a fabulous run and highly possible that I will take it all back after the next icky run. :)
